A key for our delicious macaroni is a handmade and hand-cut dough, made out of best quality eggs and flour, dried up in a traditional way. Macaroni made like this is an irreplaceable ingredient for a traditional Polish chicken soup as well as other dishes. We invite you to try our new handmade “gilowicki” macaroni.

To preserve its unique flavor, the recipe had been handed over for centuries and it is poured into glass bottles. We can assure you that our product, made of our own leaven and a whole wheat flour will meet your culinary expectations.
How to make it:
Prepare 3 liters of vegetarian or meat brewing, using smoked meats or white sausage, then swamp it with half of a bottle of our whole wheat leaven product- żur Next, add garlic and pepper and boil it. Serve it with meats or vegetables left in the liquid. Bon appétit !
